Services & Insurances

Most people are unsure what to expect when they engage in counseling and are often nervous and worried, especially for the first session.

It is okay; it is normal.

Deep breath. I will assure you that being nervous makes sense and that you have made the most important step: You have arrived.

Therapy will be a unique experience for you, as we all go through things very differently. There is no one-way to make the shifts we need to help get us through some of the hardest times in our lives. I aim to provide an authentic, safe, and respectful space to listen, guide, collaborate, and empower you. In this trusting space, emotions like shame, fear, anger, and confusion can ascend into acceptance, clarity, and healing. I use a strengths-based perspective to help my clients find individualized solutions to life's most personal and challenging situations.

Specialty
I specialize in trauma-informed therapy, supporting individuals in healing from complex trauma, relational/attachment wounds that often stem from early childhood trauma, attachment disruption, and/or relational issues such as domestic abuse, and overwhelming life experiences.
