Sliding Fee Discount Program
At Kauai Health & Healing Partners LLC, we believe that financial circumstances should never prevent someone from receiving behavioral health services.
We offer a Sliding Fee Discount Program to eligible patients based on household size and annual household income, in accordance with the current Federal Poverty Guidelines for Hawaii.
No patient will be denied medically necessary behavioral health services due to an inability to pay.
Who May Qualify?
You may qualify for reduced fees if your household income falls within the current Federal Poverty Guidelines.
Eligibility is determined based on:

The Sliding Fee Discount Program is available regardless of insurance status. Patients with or without insurance may request to be screened for eligibility.
Sliding Fee Schedule
Standard Fee: $125 per individual psychotherapy session
Federal Poverty Level Patient Responsibility
0–100% $15 nominal fee (may be waived if necessary)
101–125% $25
126–150% $50
151–175% $75
176–200% $100
Above 200% $125

How to Apply
Patients requesting consideration for the Sliding Fee Discount Program will be asked to:

Complete a Sliding Fee Discount Program Application.

Provide documentation verifying household income (such as recent pay stubs, tax returns, or other acceptable documentation).

Update eligibility annually.
